The 2019 Hyundai Kona offers seating for five people. With the latest technology and comprehensive set of standard safety features, the Kona is a safe, practical, sport inspired vehicle.

The Kona is available in four trims, SE, SEL, Limited and Ultimate in both front- or all-wheel drive. The SE and SEL get a 2.0-liter 147-hp four-cylinder engine paired with a six-speed automatic transmission. The Limited and Ultimate come with a 1.6-liter 175-hp four-cylinder turbocharged engine with a seven-speed EcoShift dual-clutch automatic transmission. Standard features on all trims include Torque-vectoring by braking, Electronic Stability Control, Traction Control System, Hillstart Assist Control, Forward Collision-avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist and Driver Attention Warning, six airbags, rear view monitor and Android Auto and Apple CarPlay. The SEL includes Blind-Spot Collision Warning with Lane Change Assist, Rear Cross-Traffic Collision Warning, proximity key with push button start, heated front seats and SiriusXM satellite HD radio. The Limited adds LED headlights, High Beam Assist, front fog lights, leather power driver seat, Infinity premium audio system, Blue Link and automatic climate control. The Ultimate includes all these features and adds power sunroof, HomeLink, Park Distance Warning ? Reverse, Pedestrian Detection, navigation system and wireless device charging.

The 2019 Kona adds these safety features to the SE trim: Forward Collision-avoidance Assist, Lane Keeping Assist and Driver Attention Warning and heated side mirrors.
