Overall a pleasant experience in purchasing my first EV -- a new 2025 Hyundai Iconiq 6. Salesperson Leslie Vargas Reyes handled her responsibilities well for the extremely rapid transaction (I knew what I wanted, the dealership is close to home, and supplies are getting scarce given the EV subsidies and model year inventory). The biggest surprise: Although the dealership originally forced overpriced "Paint and Fabric/Leather Treatment and Protection" into the purchase price, the after-sales push for me to purchase a six year extended "Premium Plus" warranty turned positive when I declined the extra cost -- and the dealer provided it without additional fee. I suppose the margin on these warranty products is really high. Recommendation: If you are pitched these products, say you will "think it over" and wait for them to call with the final confirmation before declining the proposal.

I had a chevy traverse and was going to trade it in for the newer modle. I went to Chevy and I didnt feel like I was treated with honesty or that my best interest was at heart. It was more like a pushy sales with a few lies. I backed out. I then decided to stop at Hyundai on bank street because I saw a nice vehicle in the window. The minute I walked in I was greeted with a big smile from a young man named Azeez. He then assisted me in viewing the vehicle and test driving it. He answered all my questions and showed me all my options. I felt respected, understood and like he really listened to my needs. I then met with Eli, a manger there. He was exceptional when helping me further. He went above and beyond to make sure mine and my children's best interest were at heart. I didnt feel like this was a pushed sale, rather a family member making sure I was ok and happy in the long run. Then I met with Joe. He made it happened. Got me an excellent rate and worked within my budget. Im very happy with the way the atore is run and how I was treated.
