I loved my experience. I was very nervous and wasn't sure how everything was going to be. Matt (sales person) automatically made me feel comfortable and at ease. I did not feel pressured at all. Then Ernesto (finance manager) was so calm, answered all my questions and explained all the waranties, making sure I understood. They both made me feel like part of the family.
