While I was a little disappointed that the charger cable wasn't included at delivery, it didn't take away from the overall positive experience. Thanks to Paul, my first real vehicle purchase was easy and stress free. I had a shortlist of vehicles that I was after which included the first gen Kona, which he had, and after beginning talks with him I felt that I was talking to the right guy. Paul was friendly and down to earth, and easily picked up what was important to me. He handled the questions and concerns I had as though he understood my point of view every step of the way. After talks with Paul, he had Ernesto finalize some paperwork with me who was equally as welcoming and quite effecient (but in no way lacking) at explaining the legal and payment stuff. Considering this was my first real vehicle purchase, they were very accommodating to my questions about how each of my steps would look, even the parts which were not their direct concern (insurance, DOT visits, etc). The used Kona that I drove home in today felt anything but used, it felt new. I'm happy to recommend these fine folk to my friends for their next car search, which will save them time and stress, like it did for me.
