This was my first time buying a car, and I'm glad I went to Bank Street Hyundai! The service I had was great! No complaints at all! Leslie was my salesperson and did a phenomenal job selling me a car. If there was something she couldn't answer, which wasn't much, she didnt try to bullshit me, she got an answer for me. She was patient, personable and actually cared about the client! The rest of the staff were also very friendly and answered all the questions I had. I purchased a used vehicle from Bank Street Hyundai back in Dec 2024. I just started to use my air conditioner in June and it wasn't working and they fixed it without any questions. So a great shout out to Lewis and Sebastian for making the whole experience amazing one. There's no doubt in my mind that I will return there in the future.

I have passed by Bank Street Hyundai for years and finally went in because I was interested in checking out a new Hyundai SUV. I was greeted by Matt, who did an excellent job and knew his products very well. He took his time and was patient with me and took me on several test drives of different models, and he even brought a used SUV for me to test drive so I could see how well Hyundia's held up over time. I finally settled on a 2025 Tuscon Hybrid, and we absolutely love it. I got the best deal possible from Eli, the general manager. I was very happy with the deal that I negotiated and feel I did better on the deal than the dealership did! Eli did a great job working on the purchase price and my trade-in, and he did everything possible to ensure that I had a good experience at the dealership. I also want to give a shout-out to Ernesto, the finance manager. He did a great job in showing and explaining all my finance/lease options and is honestly the nicest guy! We were so happy with the Tucson and my experience with Bank Street Hyundai, that literally a week after taking delivery of our car, I brought a family member who was looking for a vehicle to Bank Street Hyundai. They loved and bought a Tucson Hybrid as well and got the same deal I did, and I thank Eli for honouring my request to give my family the same deal. That was awesome of him. Thank you again.
