The staff here are really friendly. They gave honest quotes with no surprises. Buying a car felt relaxed and easy. Would strongly recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

I only wish I could give more than 5 stars. I have owned 4 used and now 7 new vehicles in my life and I have to say the reason I purchased number 12 at Bank Street Hyundai was because I purchased number 11 at Bank Street Hyundai. First I will start with the salesperson. We were fortunate to have Leslie take our reference and orchestrated the sale and delivery of the vehicle. Leslie exceeded our expectations and while we were certain to be purchasing a 2026 Santa Fe to replace our 2021 Santa Fe, we had not expected it to happen this quickly as we were just "looking" at the time. We knew our facts, which Leslie quickly picked up on which included knowing the value of our trade-in.Leslie knew the 2026 Santa Fe inside and out able to answer our questions without hesitation. Leslie advocated the sale on our behalf leaving us knowing we received fair market value for our trade-in and a good price on our new vehicle. I cannot recommend her highly enough; both my wife and I thought she did an outstanding job. However, what brought us back to Bank Street Hyundai in the first place was the Bank Street Hyundai Service Department. We had only ever had our 2021 Santa Fe serviced at Bank Street Hyundai, including all scheduled maintenance and oil changes, and during this time I can say unequivocally this is the best service department I have ever been exposed to (and no, I am not related to anyone in the field of automobiles). While the entire staff interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, I want to specifically mention Garry and his outstanding customer service. Because I have always waited for my vehicle in the waiting area, I have heard Garry interact with so many other customers during the past five years. He is not only professional, but practical and provides sound advice understanding people may need to make choices on what they want completed. He advises people without pressure, ensuring they understand what will be the result of their choice. I give Eli and his team great credit for again making our purchase (and service) experience second to none. I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough.
