Before making it out to any dealership, I spent hours researching different makes, models, and prices so I was ready to make an informed decision and had a very good idea of how much I should pay for the vehicle (Palisade 2027). I went to two different dealerships in Ottawa and spent a couple hours at each location before leaving because we could not agree on the price. Azeez from Bank Street, over the phone, gave me his word that he would give me the price I wanted so I drove in to Bank Street. When I got there, he was waiting for me with the contract, exactly what we had discussed on the phone, as promised, no tricks. Give him a call if you're looking for a vehicle and you can trust his word when he says he'll make something happen for you. I also have to highlight how great it was to work with Ernesto in the finance department, and Matt (salesman) who came to chat with me as we were discussing an NHL package on the vehicle a couple weeks prior but took the time to come say hello and congratulate me on the purchase, even though he wasn't the one who sold me the car I bought.
