We just bought our 6th Hyundai vehicle, a 2026 Tucson Hybrid. We went to Bank Street Hyundai for the first time and are so glad we did! It was the best car buying experience we have had. Matt was great! He didn't rush or pressure us and made sure we were happy with our new vehicle. We will be back for any new cars in the future.

Jamie and Ashly Cooper Scott Google review · October 3, 2026If you’re looking for a New or Used car in Ottawa there is no better Dealer than “Dilawri” Hyundai on Bank Street and 2nd choice is Bank Street KIA. Dilawri Group knows how to treat their customers with hassle free negotiations, professionalism and RESPECT! Dilawri is where customers bring their family and friends for a vehicle! Just visit Paul Clegg as he is an awesome sales representative that is calm, informative and the ultimate people person along with, Ali the Sales Manager and Chris the Finance Manager. This team made a great impression for my son who purchased a new vehicle and the whole process was smooth, efficient and quick! No pressure sales or add-ons, or extended insurance, just what he asked for in his new vehicle. I’ve dealt with the KIA dealer down the street for my vehicle and I’m still using them for after sales service! Thank you Paul & Dilawri for making a new vehicle purchase easy and stress free!
