I was in urgent need of a new vehicle after getting rear ended. I only had a few days before returning the rental. Paul was so helpful and not only did he get me in a vehicle on the day I gave my rental back, but he got me the vehicle I actually wanted and thought I could not afford. I shooed around and the price I was given could not be beat! I am a single mother of a toddler and had to bring him with me to car shop. Paul’s even kept my son entertained while I signed paperwork. Went in recently to buy a new Ioniq 5, and Paul C, Ali H, and Joe Y were really helpful through the whole process. It took quite a while, a few hours, from start to finish because I had a lot of details I wanted to go over (trade in, new car details, warranty, delivery ETA, etc.), and they went through it all with me. Overall a really good experience that I appreciated.
