He was very patient walking me through the features of multiple cars, even showing me a few clever parking tricks with the reverse camera that I wouldn’t have figured out on my own. The negotiation felt fair and never pushy, and I liked the whole process of being able to put in an offer, it made it less stressful than I expected. We recently purchased a 2026 Kona. I was very impressed with the salesperson Paul C and the finance mgr Ernesto L. Both representatives listened to what we wanted and offered just that. Paul did not try to push a package or colour we did ask for (like another brand attempted) and Ernesto was very professional not trying to upsell the warranty packages but gave the information I needed to make an informed decision. Highly recommended these two and Bank Street Hyundai.
