I have passed by Bank Street Hyundai for years and finally went in because I was interested in checking out a new Hyundai SUV. I was greeted by Matt, who did an excellent job and knew his products very well. He took his time and was patient with me and took me on several test drives of different models, and he even brought a used SUV for me to test drive so I could see how well Hyundia's held up over time. I finally settled on a 2025 Tuscon Hybrid, and we absolutely love it. I got the best deal possible from Eli, the general manager. I was very happy with the deal that I negotiated and feel I did better on the deal than the dealership did! Eli did a great job working on the purchase price and my trade-in, and he did everything possible to ensure that I had a good experience at the dealership. We were so happy with the Tucson and my experience with Bank Street Hyundai, that literally a week after taking delivery of our car, I brought a family member who was looking for a vehicle to Bank Street Hyundai.
